Business Development Director, EMEA
Cyberplus is looking to bring in Business Development Director, reporting to the Managing Director, to focus on business development and build out product distribution EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a telco background, and have been a key sales contributor to a B2B distribution, business development, or partnership management function (ideally more than one in the course of their career.)
Experience at one of the major telco providers or top tier systems integrators with TMT clients is an essential prerequisite, although candidates who have experience in fixed-line telcos and digital financial services will also be considered. A track record of developing enduring business relationships, and closing deals, is essential.
The ability to interact across all levels of a client or principal will be a given, especially the C-suite and middle management. Being a brand ambassador for Cyberplus at industry forums, and as a thought leader at industry associations, will be critical to embed the Cyberplus brand.
The Business Development Director will need be flexible and forward-looking, given the rapidly changing marketplace. The candidate will also have to understand the product economics, as well as the economics of clients, in order to structure mutually viable long-term service contracts.
The salary package is competitive and upside potential is designed to reward long-term success. There are 3 roles open in Dubai (Qatar and Riyadh may be possible for exceptional candidates) and one each in Manila, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City.
